Nampak Human Capital Administrator
Employee leave administration – control and capturing records on HC System.
Compile month end HC reports with high level of integrity.
Ensuring HC system data integrity.
Maintaining and safekeeping of accurate employee system records and Onbase personal files.
Human Capital Administration - includes retirement funds, monthly payroll input, medical aid, disabilities engagements, terminations, staff welfare and death claims.
Coordinate employee on-boarding, transfers and terminations with accurate cost centers.
Provide data for HC audits.
Coordinate 3rd party Payments (Garnishees, Maintenance, Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Home Loans, Union Contributions, SARS payments and filling of EMP201).
To support the HC Officer and HC Manager with the development and implementation of projects as required.
Downloading, analysing and distributing leave reports per department to department heads on monthly basis.
Ensuring adherence to policy and practice as determined by Group/Divisional HC.
Coordinate bookings of boardrooms for training and HC Functions i.e. Farewells, awards, long service awards and gratuities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or B-tech in Human Resources Management
Sound previous generalist experience of HC administration and collation of data for payroll
Strong IT skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experienced in working with HC packages /databases
Understanding of Labour Legislation
Working knowledge of Tax Compliance
3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Capital Administration roles
