Job Summary

TB HIV is looking to employ an Office Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

- The role of this position is to provide a professional and effective administrative and reception service to managers and employees of TB HIV Care and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

- Grade 12 qualification, or equivalent
- Certificate / diploma in office management or related qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration and/or project management
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Computer literate in MS office
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with a particular emphasis on attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and isiXhosa languages
- Valid code 8 driver’s licence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clear criminal record
