To administer the despatch process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handover from Production to despatch
- Data Capture all Dispatch administration.
- Picking slips to be processed and captured.
- Invoices to be processed and captured.
- Updating DRM
- Assisting with stock recon.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy – Essential
Experience Requirements
- At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar positionin the FMCG environment
Other Requirements
- Pressurized environment.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Overtime expected from time to time.
