Avt: Junior Site Manager

Site managers are responsible for ensuring that the onsite element of a project is completed on time, to the right quality and SHE standards.


Coordinating the installation and adherence to timelines and technical documentation Manage onsite efficiencies in accordance with budget and specifications Managing sub-contractors based on workmanship, adherence to AVT policies and OHS standard Ensure communications are kept up with and relayed to team members Ensure documentation is upheld and completed during installations Service improvements – work with the Operations Manager to identify service improvements Maintenance – Ensure that all working areas are being regularly checked by technicians in line with existing procedures Managing client requests for change on site and escalate to solutions architect and account managers Ensuring quality of the installation in neatness, timelines and workmanship Ensuring the correct stock is at site Escalate any technical problems or difficulties to the solutions architect/engineer Management of the storeroom consumables Responsible for onsite administration and implementation of the OHS Act Maintain vehicle logbook
