Receptionist - Higher Diploma in any related field with one year experience.
Duties :
> Greet & Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
> Direct visitors to the appropriate person at the office.
> Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls.
> Ensure the reception area is tidy & presentable with all necessary stationery & materials.
> Provide basic & accurate information in person and via phone/ email.
> Update calendar & schedule meetings.
> Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & faxing.
Requirements:
• Matric
• Reception experience required
• Strong administration skills with PA experience
• Fast and accurate typing ability (40 WPM)
• Strong Excel skills and Pastel advantageous
• Diary Management
• Strong telephonic skills
