RCL Foods: Business Analyst
RCL FOODS is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Bread, Buns & Rolls business unit. The role will be based in Pretoria and will report into the Sales Executive. You will be responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems for the sales team. You will be required identify problems and opportunities within the business and ultimately provide solutions that will help the sales team achieve their business' goals.
Degree in management, business administration and/or information technology Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the relevant business function or information technology environment Demonstrated success in managing projects relating to superior performance and continuous improvement Valid Code EB drivers' licence
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis Designing and maintaining data systems Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing the data into format that can be easily read Analyze market and competitor trends and performance Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions Reporting Creating reports to drive critical business decisions Maintain and proactively enhance reports Design pricing report to create visibility Reporting of performance across various roles Sales process optimization Reviewing of current processes being used Implement more efficient sales processes at bakeries Lead the implementation of the mobility device to the sales team Business Analysis Creating the visibility which identify
