Tsebo: Bookkeeper

Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene solutions are in search of a well experienced Bookkeeper. The main purpose of this role is to generate accurate monthly client invoices and statements on Microsoft AX and forward to clients within deadline. Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing / receiving monthly orders on My Market within budget for units
• Ensuring all My Market orders are closed before ending off monthly accounts
• Timeous update of order sheets
• Generating accurate monthly client invoices and statements on AX and forwarding to clients within deadline
• Tracking of all monthly PO’s and quotes received
• Daily debtor’s collection and accurate allocation of receipts
• Weekly compilation of vendor imports
• Maintaining customer and supplier checklists
• Reviewing monthly statements with major suppliers
• Weekly submission of EFT requisitions
• Monitoring all costs are captured in their respective months (no unrecorded supplier invoices)
• Signing-off monthly finances within set deadline
• Accurate forecasting of monthly unit results
• Variance reporting between forecast and actual
• Ensuring compliance with monthly deadlines
• Maintain monthly filling and source documents
• Compliance with approved capex procedures
• Assisting in budget processes

Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position is essential
• Strong Financial background
• Data capturing (accurate)
• AX and My Market experience an advantage
• Bookkeeping/accounting experience or knowledge essential
• Strong excel skills required
• Good communication skills
• Organisational and administrative skills, honesty and integrity
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Logical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Deadline driven


• Matric –related tertiary education an advantage
• Bookkeeping certificate or related qualification an advantage
