π Job DescriptionAs a Grants Administrator at SASSA, your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Care: Providing excellent customer service to all grant applicants.
- Screening Applications: Carefully screening all social grant applications.
- Processing Applications: Efficiently processing social grant applications.
- Quality Control: Conducting quality checks on grant applications.
- Medical and Beneficiary Maintenance: Assisting with medical processes and beneficiary maintenance.
- Payment Processes: Helping with the processing of grant payments.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

To qualify for this position, you need:
