MR PRICE: Trace Agent Night Shift
Job Purpose
Our Trace Agents are responsible for improving debtor contact and collections/recoveries by tracing current uncontactable customers whose accounts are in arrears.
Responsibilities
- Tracing, locating and contacting absconded and delinquent customers to collect on overdue instalments.
- Assertively handle calls with difficult debtors to ensure a promise to pay (PTP) date is set
- Ensure quality of work is aligned with our SLA.
- Accurately update customers personal, employment and contact details Qualifications and Experience
- A completed Grade 12
- 1 Year Experience in Debt Collections within a Call Centre environment
- You would also have knowledge of Collections, Debt Recoveries, Recoveries Tracing
- You can work between 11:30-20:00 Monday to Friday and on certain Saturdays between 8:00- 13:00
